You always see the beautiful natural daylight portraits of the twitterpated couple and details from a wedding on photography blogs, but what keeps the honored guests entertained for the evening? Usually, photographers and blogs neglect some of the most memorable events of the day. Why? Well, it is not easy for photographers to cover the talent and peripheral entertainment into the dark night. The "good light" has often faded, and many photographers resort to less creative means of shooting, i.e. high ISO digital, or washed out flash photography. That is sterile and rarely appealing to showcase.
Well, we make no such
compromises. We utilize the most advanced film technologies, to create
fine art photographs in even the most poorly lit environments. We have
customized our own processes, lenses and cameras that can capture the mood
and emotion of the moment in any lighting situation. For color we have
our own exclusive technique utilizing motion picture film, with it's
unparalleled detail and color rendition that no digital camera could
compete with! And with hand processed classic black and white film and a
quiver full of custom camera equipment, there is no limiting the
creativity of documentary all through the night.
So lets honor the talented performers that our creative brides have thoughtfully included in their wedding celebration, to make their day as special and unique as their love for each other.
A DJ/MC can either make or brake a party, whether they are spinning analog or digital! So choose wisely.
And of course there is no gift as special or heartwarming as a groom or father writing a song for the bride...
Simple rustic Los Angeles real wedding published on 100layercake.com
"Never have we seen a wedding like this! It starts off like a gentle whisper. A bride in a stunning fitted mermaid gown saying ‘I Do’ in a small private ranch in the shadow of Diablo Dormido. Guests share plenty of cheers, large bottles of Grey Goose Vodka sit pretty in the center of tables while the celebration grows exponentially as the night draws near, as do the toasts and shots. And, then BAM! Out come a gang of fabulous burlesque dancers in bright neon tutus (hired by the bride to surprise her husband)! It’s every bit as cool as you’d imagine. It’s also our first time featuring the work of Bwright Photography - love their photography. It’s refreshing, artistic, and a whole lot of fun!" -100 Layer Cake
